Delivery of your order in a secure and timely manner is our ultimate goal as we take great pride in customer satisfaction.
All orders for items in stock and received before 12pm on any business day will be dispatched on that day. If there is a need to backorder any of your items you will be notified and interim solutions will be offered.
Should you need to track your order, please email email@example.com to obtain your order tracking number. To receive your order tracking number you will need to provide your your invoice number.

- Delivery is charged at $9.00+GST Australia wide. Orders over $1000.00 will be delivered FREE.

- Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product we will replace the goods as your total satisfaction is our commitment.
No returns will be accepted without a RGA (Return Goods Authorisation) Number.

We will not refund, credit or replace goods if you have changed your mind, make an incorrect choice, or have failed to verify and/or accurately provide information when placing an order. We ask that you thoroughly check all details and all relevant applications for the products you choose.
Any recommendations issued by us is based on research and experience and is believed to be reliable but does not constitute a warranty. Products are sold with the understanding that the buyer will independently determine the suitability of the product for their specific application.

We endeavour to have all credits or replacements processed within 7 to 14 days of receiving your returned item. We will notify you via email as soon as your refund is processed.
